Eligibility

A Studio Pass subscription can be refunded in full if you request it within 30 days of your first payment. This applies to monthly and yearly plans.

Renewal payments, and requests made after this period, aren't refundable for the unused part of a billing period. You can cancel at any time to stop future renewals: Studio Pass then stays active until the end of the period you paid for (see our Terms of Service).

Requesting a refund

Email hello@modularhero.com from the address on your account, or contact our payment partner using the details on your receipt.

Processing

• Refunds are issued by our payment partner, the merchant of record for your purchase, to your original payment method.
• Depending on your bank, the refund usually appears within 5 to 10 business days.
• A refunded subscription ends immediately and does not renew. Your account, progress and achievements are kept.

Your statutory rights

This policy does not affect any rights you have under the consumer laws of your country.
